I have no interest in NFT (Non-fungible Token). Please do NOT use my art for any NFT-related reasons.

All characters & relevant concepts and fanwork pieces belong to their respective owners.

I, the artist have the right to use the work for my portfolio and other social media as needed.

All clients must credit the artist (me) properly.

Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of my artwork. (This includes all my clienst!)

BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! (unless you have paid for a rushed fee). Work time is depending on the queue or estimated time is given.

Even when my client has bought or given the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.

DO NOT ask me to draw in a different style. I will ONLY draw in my style.

Clients who paid a rush fee will have priority over those who did not.

Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights. Or given the "OK" by me in written form.

You are receiving a digital file, not a physical copy.

Not all requests will be accepted when spot claiming. Please talk to me first before confirming during a spot claiming process.

All GIFT arts must credit and LINK BACK to the original artist (me) via my Carrd profile or ask me how I would like to be credited.

Please respect that I also own Mikipolis name as an artist. During the time I'm streaming as Nekomura Kiririn, you may credit me as either or but not both at the same time.

DO NOT RUSH or SPAM ME! If you rush or spam me, your commission may be canceled if deemed necessary and a 50% refund will be sent back to you, and no artwork will be delivered.

I will provide updates in a special Google drive link made just for you for the full duration of your commission, so you can check the progress on your own time.

After the artwork is done, it will also be delivered via Google Drive.

You will have approx 2 weeks to download and save your commission to your own computer. The files will be permanently removed from google drive after 2 weeks approx.

I have ZERO tolerance when it comes to harassment of any kind. Do not ask me any of my IRL work-related questions, or your commission will be terminated immediately.

My sketches are not your coloring book, please do not sketch over, color, re-color, or alter the looks of my artwork prior to discussing it with me.

All prices are in USD.

Transactions will occur through PayPal and VEMO. You can either send me your email for an invoice or send the money directly to my PayPal email. For VEMO, please contact me for more information.

The client is responsible for any type of transfer or international fee. This is why a friend and family transfer is highly recommended.

For all personal commissions, the transaction will be made via friend and family transfer ONLY.

All transactions must be made UPFRONT at the star of the commission. UNLESS your total is over 300$, then you can choose to do 50% before the sketch, and 50% after the base color is applied.

Refunds are not accepted once your commission has started. (This means before I start sketching)

A refund can be requested before I start sketching, however, there will be a non-refundable 10% of your total as a spot claiming fee. So please think carefully before submitting your commission.
